How to Complete an Auto-assembly when a Sales Order is Completed

Summary: 

To complete an auto-assembly when a Sales Order is Completed.

 

Steps (non-Batch/Serial Tracked):

  1. Add auto-assembled product to Sales Order
  2. Click Complete

Steps (Batch/Serial Tracked)

  1. Add auto-assembled product to Sales Order
  2. Select the ! icon within SO lines to open the Auto-Assembly
  3. Select/Define the Batch or Serial numbers for all Component products & for the resulting Assembled product
  4. Select Save
  5. Return to the Sales Order
  6. Click Complete


Additional Information

  • Bill Of Materials for product has to be marked as Can Auto-assemble
  • If you do not have enough stock on hand for product, an ! will be displayed next to product quantity and a warning popup will show. 

  • A ✔ will show upon completion to indicate auto assembly was completed
