Refunds or returns actioned in Amazon will not import or sync to Unleashed via the eCommerce Hub's Amazon integration.

To ensure Unleashed's inventory and revenue aligns with your Amazon store, we recommend creating a Credit Note in Unleashed for any refunds or returns processed in Amazon.
