How to manage Credit Reasons

Add new or edit current Credit Reasons to help report on the credits created for your Sales Order.

Add Credit Reasons

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings, System and select Credit Reasons.

  2. Enter the title name of the new reason in the *Credit Reason field and select Add

Edit Credit Reasons

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings, System and select Credit Reasons.

  2. Click on an existing Credit Reason's name.

  3. The name will become an editable field, where you can update it.


  4. Click away from the edited field to save the change.

Delete Credit Reasons

A Credit Reason can only be deleted if it has not been allocated to a Credit Note. 

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings, System and select Credit Reasons.

  2. Select the bin icon in the Delete column, next to the Credit Reason.


  3. Click Yes in the Delete Credit Reason pop-up window that will appear, to confirm it's removal.
