A user cannot delete their own user account, the Account Owner's account or any account they did not create. Superusers can only delete users they directly invited to Unleashed. 

For instance, if all users were invited by the Account Owner, superusers cannot delete any of them, regardless of their role. Only the Account Owner or a Partner user can delete them.
