By design, Stock Counts in Unleashed are created on a per warehouse basis. The warehouse selected when initially creating a Stock Count cannot be edited or amended once the Stock Count is "In Progress" and as such the warehouse's details aren't required when importing the count's product quantities. Each product's "Count Quantity" in a Stock Count must be accurate to the warehouse selected to ensure the appropriate stock adjustments are completed upon the Stock Count's completion.

It is not possible to process a single Stock Count for multiple warehouses when Per Warehouse Controls are enabled in the Company Settings. For more details, Per Warehouse Controls.
