How to Add a Charge for Sales Orders

Summary: 

 To add any additional charges e.g. shipping and freight to add to a sales order.

 

Steps:

  1.  Click Sales
  2.  Click Add Sales Order/View Sales Order
  3. Scroll down to Charge
  4. Enter charge details
    • Enter name of Charge  
    • Enter charge Price
    • (Optional) Enter Sales Account
    • Enter Tax Rate 
  5. Click Add

Additional Information

When adding a charge, this will not affect the average landed cost unless you make the charge as a never diminishing product in your sales line.
