To create a sandbox version of your live Unleashed account, follow the below steps:

1. Ensure that you're logged in to your live Unleashed account as the account owner.
   
   

2. In the top-right corner of your Unleashed page, click on your name's drop down menu. 
   
   

3. Select My Account.
   
   

4. Click on the Create Sandbox button, located next to Upgrade my Account.
   
   

5. A notification will appear in the task bar icon, monitoring the progress of creating your Sandbox account:

   • Orange circle: In Progress
   • Green tick: Created successfully
   • Red cross: Failed to complete.
     
     
6. Once created, refresh your web browser page and the Sandbox account will be listed in the My Accounts tab.
   
   
7. Click in on View in the View this account field, to open and use the Sandbox account.

The Sandbox account will be created as a replica of your live Unleashed account, from the time it has been created. Any subsequent changes made to your live account will not apply to an existing Sandbox and vice versa. For more details, see Using the Sandbox.
