Summary: 

To create a sandbox environment that will allow the customer to develop, test and learn without affecting the data in your live Unleashed account.

Steps:

1. Ensure that you're logged in as an account owner

2. Click on your account name on the top right-hand corner 

3. Select My Account

4. Next to Upgrade my Account, click Create Sandbox

5. Refresh the page 

Additional Information

The customer engagement team will not be able to create a sandbox environment for a customer, they will need to be logged in as an account owner to do so. For more information, you can check out our Sandbox helpfile.
