How a Customer can Purchase Premium Phone SupportFollow
Steps to allow the customer to upgrade or purchase premium phone and chat support.
- Unleashed on Browser
- Go to the Settings Module
- Click on Organization
- Click on Billing
- On your current subscription, click on Edit Current Plan
- Under Premium Support, click on Purchase
Please note that the Premium Support must be subscribed to for a minimum period of 4 months. After this, it can be cancelled at any time.
The Premium Support code can be found under the the "?" icon on the top right-hand corner in your account.
