How a Customer can Purchase Premium Phone Support



 Steps to allow the customer to upgrade or purchase premium phone and chat support.


  • Unleashed on Browser 


  1. Go to the Settings Module 
  2. Click on Organization
  3. Click on Billing 
  4. On your current subscription, click on Edit Current Plan
  5. Under Premium Support, click on Purchase

Additional Information

Please note that the Premium Support must be subscribed to for a minimum period of 4 months. After this, it can be cancelled at any time.

The Premium Support code can be found under the the "?" icon on the top right-hand corner in your account.
