Why Can't I Add Costs to a Completed Purchase Order?

Question:

Why can I no longer add costs to a completed PO?

Answer:

All completed transactions in Unleashed cannot be edited or deleted due to reporting and recording purposes. This is also to avoid discrepancies when integrated with accounting systems. You will need to add all costs either in the parked, placed or receipted status of the order. 

 

It is possible however to 'reverse' your complete Purchase Order so you can re-enter it with the additional costs:
