Use the clone function in Unleashed's Sales Order to re-create existing Sales Orders quickly and efficiently. You can use the clone function to re-create a Sales Order in any status, including completed and deleted, choosing whether to copy any order specific discounts that have been applied or not. 

Using the Clone option for Sales Orders

Once a Sales Order has been created in Unleashed it can be cloned at any time, using the following steps:

1. In the Sales Order, go to the Order drop down menu and select Clone. 
   
   
   
2. A pop-up window will appear, in which you will need to allocate a Customer for the new Sales Order. Provide a Customer Reference and Required Date if known, in the fields provided. 
   
   
   
3. Tick the Use customer/product price and discount checkbox if the cloned Sales Order should use the new customer's pricing structure instead of copying the existing order's prices. 
   
4. Select Clone Sales Order and a new Sales Order will be created for the allocated customer with the same products.
