Add or remove stock

If you want to book stock in or out of Mintsoft WMS, please do the following:

1. Click Warehouse then Book Inventory
2. Select the Product
3. Select the Warehouse where you'd like to adjust the stock
4. Select the Location to add or remove stock from
   • Clicking the Unallocated tab shows the full stock breakdown by location
5. Enter the Quantity
6. Add a Comment (Optional) 
   • Please note - the comment does not sync from Mintsoft to Unleashed
   • The Reason is auto-selected as Mintsoft within Unleashed
7. Click the Action drop-down and select the type of movement.
8. Click Book Stock

Quarantine, un-quarantine and scrap stock

You can use the Book Inventory page to quarantine stock from a location, scrap once quarantined and unquarantine from a location.

Note: Scrapped stock will be placed into an UNASSIGNED location and shown against the Scrapped record for the product, this cannot be removed as it forms part of the inventory record (Audit Trail)

To quarantine, unquarantine or scrap stock from Mintsoft WMS, please do the following:

1. Click Warehouse then Book Inventory
2. Select the Product
3. Select the Warehouse to adjust the stock within
4. Select the Location to add or remove stock from
   • Clicking the Unallocated tab shows the full stock breakdown by location
5. Enter the Quantity
6. (Optional) Add a Comment
   • The comment does not sync from Mintsoft to Unleashed
   • The Reason is auto-selected as Mintsoft within Unleashed
   • Click the Action drop-down and select one of the following:
     • UnQuarantine
     • Scrap
7. Click Book Stock.

 Note: You have to move stock manually, this way prevents users from accidentally moving bad stock.
