As Unleashed is a perpetually updating software, it's designed to provide a real-time view of your inventory in respect to the products, customers and suppliers you work with. The more accurately aligned Unleashed is to your business's current standing, the better visibility you'll have of your business's performance and the more efficiently you'll be able to grow. It's therefore most effectively utilized by actively reviewing your products, stock, customers and suppliers in Unleashed and making updates at the same time as they occur in the real-world.

  • Manage and maintain your product details: When new products are introduced, existing specifications change or when a product's reached the end of it's life cycle, reflect these changes in Unleashed in real time. Creating and updating a product's data as soon as the details are available helps to ensure accuracy and precision for your future stock management and reporting. Similarly, the more proactive you are with managing your inventory's pricing structures, costs and details in Unleashed the simpler it'll be to manage your stock and the transactions they come with.

  • Check inventory levels: Use the Stock on Hand Enquiry for an overview of your stock levels per product per warehouse and further review whether you have enough available to fulfil any upcoming outgoing stock movements. The better understanding you have of your stock's current levels, the easier it is to manage their movements without delays.

  • Manage stock in and out via Stock Adjustments: Unleashed is only as accurate as the data it's provided with, so to ensure your stock levels in Unleashed match the real-world availability, use Stock Adjustments to manage internal stock updates such as; damages, stock loss, found stock or expired goods. By allocating custom Stock Adjustment Reasons per adjustment you can further identify and monitor stock changes that could be impacting your business and further improve processes to minimize unnecessary loss in the future.

  • Import & export your products, suppliers and customers: Using the various Import/Export templates available you have the opportunity to create and manage product, customer or supplier records in a single upload. Therefore saving your business time and ensuring precision when using those records in your transactions.
