Use the min and max stock alerts to establish buffers and boundaries, per product per warehouse, to help you identify when you need to place purchase orders or create assemblies to facilitate your upcoming usage and to what volumes. 
  
  
• Get visibility over your stock allocations: Monitoring and managing where and when your stock is allocated can help you to prioritise processing transactions effectively and streamline your fulfillment processes. Use Unleashed's Auto Allocation setting, designed to automatically allocate stock to new Sales Orders as they're made, and immediately determine whether you have enough stock available to fulfill them or if you need to consider replenishing. You can also deallocate Sales Orders with extensive lead times to better manage current stock availability. Re-allocate the order closer to it's required date to ensure it's fulfilment is prioritized in line with its due date but using the stock that's then available. This is especially useful if the ordered stock is known to have a high turnover and the order's fulfillment isn't a priority for your current on hand quantities. Reallocating orders means you're reducing the risk of overstocking, how long stock's waiting in your warehouse to be shipped and therefore streamlining your cashflow.
