• Record and manage external files and documents using file library: Automate the inclusion of necessary documents, such as Terms & Conditions, Policy Agreements or product specifications and manage them at the same time as managing your inventory, all in Unleashed. You can attach a single uploaded document at a product, transaction and account level to both save storage space and ensure consistency in the details you're sharing, then include those same attached documents on any communication you send from Unleashed.
  
  
• Create & print custom labels: Create custom product labels to help your warehouse team accurately produce, pick and pack your stock. By setting up a default label template specific to Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and for storing the product in the meantime you are able to print and provide the most appropriate product information for your teams at the time they'll need it.
  
  
• Set up and use attribute sets: Create and allocate customizable attributes sets and values to your products to further define and categorize your stock by their characteristics or qualities. Explicitly detail each variant's differences with the appropriate attribute values and those details will be available to include in the transactional documents those products are included in, adding further context and clarity on the products you're handling.
  
  
• Manage and use international commerce codes: If you are importing and exporting stock internationally, you'll be required to provide customs with further information about the stock in transit. So be compliant and efficient when managing any international import or export of goods by enabling Unleashed's International Commerce Codes setting. Once enabled you can pre-advise all the details required by HMRC such as a product's commerce code, origin or supplementary unit, the EORI number of your customers and suppliers in your records and that Unleashed can generate accurate Commercial Invoices, available to print from your shipments, and ensure your stock's shipped successfully through customs, without delay. 

• Manage ongoing transactions: Ensure your inventory in Unleashed is providing an accurate view of your current stock on hand, availability and upcoming stock movements, by proactively managing your open and ongoing transactions in Unleashed. Complete, receipt or dispatch your Unleashed transactions as soon as they've physical been processed to maintain accurate alignment between Unleashed and your warehouse, utilizing Unleashed's batch complete functions and quick link actions to manage them efficiently and in bulk. Similarly, use the Reorder report to backfill any over allocations or prepare for your upcoming fulfillment needs, by creating new purchases, transfers or assemblies, directly from the report, for exactly the stock you need. The more aligned your transactions are in Unleashed with their real-world status, the more streamlined your fulfilment process will be and the less risk there will be of over ordering, delaying shipments and under-performing. 
  
  
• Set up and use multiple units of measure: Whilst you'll stock, use and sell your inventory in a standard or base unit of measure, your suppliers may not sell in the same quantities, and this can make the purchase and receipting process tricky, prone to error and inaccurate. As a solution to this, use multiple units of measure to allocate default bulk purchasing quantities and prices on a per product and supplier level so that as soon as you've receipted the bulk unit, Unleashed will automatically and accurately convert the receipted stock into your inventory's base unit's quantities. By allowing Unleashed to process the conversion from bulk items into individual units you can ensure accurately valued stock, less need for additional transactions and more time to manage your inventory.
