B2B Store: Content Pages
FollowProvide your customers with additional information, access to your company's terms and conditions and more using the B2B Store's Content Pages feature. Each Content Page provides you with the flexibility to share the need to know details, specific to your business, with your customers directly from the B2B Store, via links made available in either the header or footer of your B2B Store's webpages.
You have the opportunity to utilise op to 6 Content Pages per B2B Store, which can be edited, updated hidden at any time.
Content Pages
The Content Pages page in your B2B Store's settings allow you, as the Store Administrator, to manage the visibility, position and content displayed per Content Page in your B2B Store.
To manage your B2B Store's Content Pages:

Go to your B2B Store and login as a Store Administrator.

In the top right corner, select Settings, then from the main menu click on Store Settings, Content Pages.
- By default, the six available Content Pages will not be visible and will have the following (editable) page titles:
- About Us
- Terms and Conditions
- Privacy Policy
- Shipping
- Additional Content Page 1
- Additional Content Page 2
Managing Content Pages
Using the Position, Visible and Action options available in the Content Pages' page decide where access links to the custom content can be found in the B2B Store; either in the header, footer, or both, if the content should be made visible to your B2B Store's customers and the content each page will include.
Position
Use the dropdown menu available in the Content Pages' Position column to choose whether a link to the content page should be made available in either the header, footer or both for the B2B Store, when it's toggled on as Visible.
Header position
If a content page's position is set as "Header" and is set as "Visible" the content page's title will be shown as a tab at the top of the B2B Store, next to Products.
If more than four Content Pages are set as visible and set to be positioned in the header the B2B Store will show a "More Links" dropdown menu in the header, which when selected will display all visible Content Pages.
Footer position
If a content page's position is set as "Footer" and is set as "Visible" the content page's title will be shown in the Quick Links section of your B2B Store's footer, highlighted in blue.
Visible
Manage whether a Content Page should be made visible to your B2B Store's customers (in the selected position) using the toggle provided in the Content Pages' Visible column.
When toggled on, the Content Page will be shown as a link in the B2B Store's selected position (header, footer or both) and will be available to all customers. If toggled off, the content page will be hidden from customer view but will still be available to edit, as a Store Administrator.
Action
Click on the pencil icon in the Content Pages' Action column or on the content page's row to edit the content displayed to your customers when they click on the respective link in your B2B Store.
Make sure to click on the Save Changes button, shown at the bottom of each content page's edit to apply the updates to your B2B Store.
Page Title
Each content page in the B2B Store will initially be provided with a default and unique page title. Use the Page Title field in each content page's editing action to provide a new or alternative name, suitable for the page's content. The updated page title will then be applied to your B2B Store's header or footer links.
NOTE: The Page Title is a required field, limited to 30 characters.
Page Contents
Provide contextual content for each of your B2B Store's content pages use the Page Contents field. The Page Contents field as a rich text editor, meaning you can align the text's style with your company's brand, add images hyperlinked to further web page URLs and display Youtube or Vimeo video's directly in the content page.
Once "Page Contents" have been provided you can customize how the text is displayed on your B2B Store's content page using the rich text options available:
- Text Size: Use the drop down menu to select the the size of your text; Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, Heading 4, Normal.
- Font: Use the drop down menu to select which font your text will be displayed with; Sans Serif, Serif or Monospace.
- Text Style: Use the icon functions to make the text bold, italic, underlined, stricken-through, subscript or superscript.
- Text colour: Use the icon functions available to set a font colour and a text background colour (colour options are limited to those shown in the icon's colour chart).
- Text Alignment: Use the icon available to choose whether the text is; left aligned, right aligned, centered or justified.
- Numbered: Use the icon available to display text in a numbered list.
- Bullet points: Use the icon available to display text in a bullet pointed list.
- Add Images: Use the icon available to add existing B2B Store images to your store's content page.
- Add Video: Use the icon available to add a video to the content page. NOTE: Video formats are limited to Youtube or Vimeo and should be provided as a URL link.
- Hyperlink: Use the icon available to add a hyperlink to the text provided. When the hyperlinked text is selected in the content page a new tab will be opened, directing the customer to the linked page.
Add images to content pages
To add an existing B2B Store image to a content page:
- In your B2B Store, right click on either a Company Logo, Brand Image or Homepage Banner image and select the "copy image address" option.
- In the B2B Store, go to Settings, Store Settings, Content Pages and select/edit the the content page you want to add the image to.
- Click on the Add image icon in the Page Contents field, paste the copied image address in the pop-up "Enter image" window and click Save.
- The image will then populate in the page's content.
Add videos to content pages
If you have a promotional video available on YouTube or Vimeo you can also add these to your content pages:
- Copy the URL link for your video from YouTube or Vimeo.
- In the B2B Store, go to Settings, Store Settings, Content Pages and select/edit the the content page you want to add the video to.
- Click on the Add video icon in the Page Contents field, paste the copied video address in the pop-up "Enter video" window and click Save.
- The video will then populate in the page's content.
NOTE: The video's displayed size cannot be edited.
