Showcase your brand’s unique personality in your B2B Store using the Custom Homepage. Add rolling banner images, highlight specific products, and manage your store's popular categories further advertise your stock and personalize your store.

Homepage Settings

The Hompage Settings page in your B2B Store allows you to enable the use of a homepage and customize it's content. You can update and edit the Homepage Banners, Featured Products and Popular Categories settings whilst the custom homepage is disabled, allowing you time to create the perfect home page before making it visible to your customers. 

Once enabled, the B2B Store will show a "Home" tab in the top left corner of the store's web page, visible to Store Administrators, customers and guests. The home page which will display the Homepage Banners, Featured Products and Popular Categories provided in your store's Homepage Settings.

If "Display customized homepage" is disabled, no "Home" page will be available to select and the B2B Store will default to the Products page.

To activate your B2B Store's Custom Homepage:

1. Go to your B2B Store and login as a Store Administrator.
   
   
2. In the top right corner, select Settings, then from the main menu click on Store Settings, Custom Homepage.
   
   
3. By default, the "Display customized homepage" setting will be disabled. Toggle on the setting and select Save Changes.
   

Homepage Banners

Display up to 5 banner images to your B2B Store's homepage and decide whether they you'd like them to automatically transition using the auto-play options available.

Enable "Display banner images" and the images uploaded to your B2B Store's Homepage Settings will be displayed in the header of your B2B Store's homepage. If more than one banner image is provided, customers can click through them using the navigation icons provided.  

Add a hyperlink to your B2B Store's Homepage Banner Images too and help direct your customers to pages or websites of interest.

Upload Homepage Banner Images

Up to 5 banner images can be uploaded to your B2B Store as a Homepage Banner Image at any time. If "Display banner images" is enabled, all banner images will be displayed. 

NOTE: Preferred banner image size is 1140 x 400, supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF.

To upload a Homepage Banner Image, use the tile containing the message "Drop File here or click to upload" below the Homepage Banners section. 

Hyperlink Homepage Banner Images

Once a Homepage Banner Image have been uploaded, you can set a hyperlink to another page in your B2B Store or an external website by providing a valid URL in the "Set link" field in the image's tile.

Manage Homepage Banner Images

To rearrange the order by which your Homepage Banner Images are displayed in your B2B Store, drag and drop each image into it's required position in the Homepage Settings page.

To remove a current image from your Homepage Banners, click on the bin icon in the the specific image's tile. 

Enable banner images auto-play

If more than one homepage banner image has been uploaded you can "Enable banner images auto-play" and the B2B Store's homepage will automatically scroll through each of the banner images at a set interval (see Banner images auto-play interval).

If "Enable banner images auto-play" has been turned on, use the "Banner images auto-play interval" dropdown menu to set a time for when the banner images update to the next. The interval options available are:

• 3 seconds
• 5 seconds
• 10 seconds

Featured Products

Use the B2B Store's "Featured Products" function to highlight up to 8 products on your B2B Store's homepage. The Featured Products selected in your store's Homepage Settings will be displayed in a grid view on your B2B Store's homepage but in a custom order, and will display same detail as configured in your B2B Store's Inventory settings (see B2B Store: Product Details).

Featured Products can be favorited or added to cart directly from the B2B Store's homepage.

NOTE: If a Featured Product is updated to Hidden status in the B2B Store, it will not show the B2B Store's homepage. 

Display featured products

Enable "Display featured products" and the products listed as "Featured Products" will be shown in your B2B Store's homepage for all customers and guests. 

You can also customize the "Featured Products" title in your B2B Store's homepage by clicking on the pencil icon, displayed next to the section header in your Homepage Settings page. 

Add Featured Products

Use the "Search products..." field in the Homepage Settings to select your B2B Store's Featured Products. Any products synced with your B2B Store that match the text entered in the search field will populate in a list, from which you can then select the appropriate product.

Once the product's selected from the search field it will, by default, be added to the bottom of the Featured Products list. 

Manage Featured Products

To rearrange the order in which your Featured Products are shown in the B2B Store's homepage, simply drag and drop the each product into it's required position in the Homepage Settings page. 

To remove a Featured Product, click on the bin icon shown in the product's tile in the Homepage Settings page and it will be deleted from the B2B Store's homepage. 

NOTE: Removing a Featured Product from the homepage does not remove the product from your B2B Store.
