B2B Store: Contact Details
FollowUsing the B2B's Contact Details page you have the opportunity to provide your customers with a a way to reach out and make enquires directly from your B2B Store. You can also choose whether to provide your customers with an enquiry form, directed to a single inbox, to facilitate any queries they may have, or simply display a direct contact for them to reach out to. The details provided in the Contact Details page will be displayed in the footer of every page in your B2B Store and can be updated at any time.
Contact Details
To access and then manage your B2B Store's contact details:
- Go to your B2B Store and login as a Store Administrator.
- In the top right corner, select Settings, then from the main menu click on Store Settings, Contact Details.
Preview Changes
As you make changes or updates to your B2B Store's Contact Details, use the Preview button in the top right of the Contact Details page to see how they would appear in your store front.
NOTE: The products and images shown in the Preview are Unleashed's stock images. The Preview will not populate your own products.
Save Changes
Once you're happy with any changes you've made in the Contact Details page, click on Save Changes (blue button) in the top right corner to apply them to your B2B Store. Once the updates have been processed (this may take a few moments, depending on how many changes are being applied), a green banner to confirm the changes have been saved successfully.
"Reply to" email address
Provide a "reply to" email address for any correspondence sent from the B2B Store. The email provided will automatically populate if a customer chooses to reply to an email they've received via the B2B Store, such as B2B Store invites, order confirmations and updates.
A "reply to" email address is required to successfully save your B2B Store and is limited to one email address of up to 500 characters.
Footer Contact Form
Decide whether to provide your B2B customers with a contact form and/or contact information in the footer of your B2B Store using the available Footer Contact Form options.
Show contact section
Enable Show contact section to display the Address, Phone number and Contact email address provided in the Contact Details page in the "Contact Info" section of the footer in your B2B Store.
If disabled, the "Contact Info" in the B2B Store's footer will be removed and the footer's layout will update to centrally align any remaining details.
Activate contact form
Enable Activate contact form to display a pre-built enquiry form in the footer of your B2B Store. The contact form will be displayed under the "Send us your enquiry:" header and provides the B2B customer with three fields: Full name, Email and Message, which they will be required to fill in in order to submit their query. The submitted query will be sent to the "Contact email address" provided in your Contact Details page.
If disabled, the contact form in the B2B Store's footer will be removed and the footer's layout will update to centrally align any remaining details.
NOTE: The contact form is not customizable.
Address
If "Show contact section" is enabled, any details provided in the Address field will be displayed in the B2B Store's footer. If no details are entered in the Address field the B2B Store footer's layout will update to centrally align any remaining contact information.
NOTE: 500 character limit.
Phone Number
If "Show contact section" is enabled, any details provided in the Phone number field will be displayed in the B2B Store's footer. If no details are entered in the Phone number field the B2B Store footer's layout will update to centrally align any remaining contact information.
NOTE: 500 character limit.
Contact email address
The email address provided in the Contact email address field will also be used by the B2B Store for the following:
- The email address displayed in the "Contact Info" section of the B2B Store's footer, if "Show contact section" is enabled.
- The email address that receives any enquires submitted from the footer's contact form.
- The email address that receives order notifications (if "Email the Store Administrator" is enabled in the B2B Store's Email Settings, see B2B Store: Email Settings).
NOTE: Contact email address is a required field and will only support one email address with a limit of 500 characters.
