Introducing the AIM Modelling tab
FollowThe AIM Modelling page allows users to do bulk updates on Lead Days, Min and Max stock levels or really focus on a specific selection of products.
Let's examine the layout of the Modelling page:
- Import: This button will take you to the Import Historic Sales Data page. You will be able to import sales data, which will be used to calculate a rate of demand for products. This is useful if you are new to Unleashed and would like to transfer your history for use in AIM and BI.
- Date range: Select the size of the history used to calculate a rate of demand. For example, the rate of demand over the last 3 months, may vary from the rate of demand of the last 12 months.
- Rate of Demand: Set the calculation interval of per day, week, or month.
- Submit button: used to submit your stock limit and lead day changes to the product records.
- Product filters: used to select products to model, also features a link to open chart filters, allowing you to select product segments by clicking on charts.
- Demand, Stock Strategy and Lead Days panels: configure your strategy using these expanding panels to calculate your new stock limits and lead days for each product.
- Modelling grid: controlled by the Show Toolbar option, Hidden Columns, you can add and remove columns of interest.
- Page size controls: sets the size of the modelling grid. The charts will only load upon hovering the mouse over them if the page is larger than 10 rows long. This is to avoid browser issues.
- Page selector: allows you to navigate multiple pages of products. You are able to model 1000 products at a time. Beyond this, the product selection will be split into sets that can be selected.
