View Invoices
FollowAfter you create Invoices for your Sales Orders in Unleashed use the View Invoices page to view and manage them. The View Invoices page populates all Invoices that have been generated in your Unleashed account and can be used to efficiently manage their progress within your sales processes.

View Invoices
From Unleashed's main menu, go to Sales, Orders and click on "View Invoices" to display the View Invoices page.
Header button descriptions
In the top right corner of the View Invoices page you will see and "Export" button. Click on the "Export" dropdown button to download either a PDF, CSV or XLSX copy of the Invoice list that's currently populated in the View Invoices page.
Filter field descriptions
You can filter the View Invoices page by the following fields:

Status: Use the dropdown menu to select a status to filter the populated Invoices by. The following status options are available to select:
- All
- All (excluding Deleted)
- Parked (default)
- Completed
- Deleted
- Invoice Number: Use the open text field to filter the orders displayed by their order number.
- Customer: Use the open text field to filter the Invoices displayed by their customer name or code. Use the magnifying glass icon to use an Advanced Search of the Customer filter.
- Invoice Date From: Use the date selector fields to filter the Invoices by their Invoice Date, from the selected start data.
- Invoice Date To: Use the date selector fields to filter the Invoices by their Invoice Date, to the selected end data.
- Printed: Use the dropdown menu to select either "Yes", "No" or blank.
Header descriptions
The headers available in the View Invoices page provide an overview of the Invoices that have been populated. By default, the following headers will be displayed in the View Invoice's grid, populating the relevant detail per Invoice in each header's column:

Action Cog: Use the tick boxes from this column to select multiple Invoices from the same page and use the Action Cog icon in the header to update the selected Invoices in bulk. The options available in the bulk Action Cog are:
- Select All
- Select None
- Print Invoices
- Email Invoices
- Set Payments Received
- Complete Invoices
- Delete
- Invoice No.: Displays the reference number that's been generated or given to the Invoice upon it's creation. Click on the Invoice Number to open the Invoice.
- Invoice Date: Displays the Invoice Date currently allocated in the Invoice.
- Due Date: Displays the Due Date calculated for the Invoice.
- Payment Terms: Displays the Payment Term currently allocated to the Invoice.
- Status: Displays the current status allocated to the Invoice.
- Customer Code: Displays the unique Customer Code for the customer's Invoice.
- Customer Name: Displays the unique Customer Name for the customer's Invoice.
- Margin: Displays the margin percentage calculated for the Invoice, based on the stock's current ALC or dispatched value.
- Sub Total: Displays the current total sale value of the Invoice (excluding taxes).

Action: Displays an Action Cog icon per Invoice that allows a user to action any of the following options for the individual Invoice:
- Edit
- Email Invoice
- Print Invoice
- Set Payments Received
- Complete Invoice
- Delete
Hidden Columns
There are additional headers available to include in the View Invoice page's grid, which can be found and added from the "Show Toolbar" tab's "Hidden Columns" button. Drag and drop the header from the Hidden Columns pop-up window, into your grid's layout to populate the detail in your grid per Invoice.
The additional headers available in the View Invoice's "Hidden Columns" are:
- Charge Sub Total
- Comments
- Completed Date
- Cost
- Customer Type
- Order Date
- Payment Received
- Printed
- Profit
- Sales Order Group
- Sales Order No.
- Sales Person
- Tax Total
- Total
Customize the View Invoices page
Alongside filtering the View Invoices page with the fields available, you can customize how the Invoices are populated.
Sort by header: Click on the Header to sort the Invoices in ascending or descending order, based on that header's detail. When selected, the header will show an icon to describe the sorting applied:
- Descending: a down arrow icon will show next to the Header title

Ascending : an up arrow icon will show next to the Header title
Group by header: Drag and drop the header in to the grey space above the other headers, to group the Invoices by the header's details. The View Invoices page will consolidate the Invoices into summarized groups that can be expanded or minimised for further review.
Adjust header column widths: Drag the edges of each header to change the width of each header's column.
Move header columns: Drag and drop a header along the grid to change it's placement within the layout.
