Import Accounts with Access Financials


Import and manage the sales, COGS and Expense accounts available to your Access Financials integration directly from Unleashed. 

Once integrated with Access Financials:

  1. From the main menu go to Settings, System and select Accounts.

  2. Select Import Accounts, to sync the available accounts from Access Financials. 

  3. To create a new account, enter an Account Code, Account Name and select an Account type from the dropdown menu available, then select Add Account.

Whether adding an account directly or importing accounts from Access Financials, ensure the account codes, names and types align with the following requirements:


Field Name
* denotes mandatory fields. 
Account requirements

*Account Code

Account code (max length = 50)
*Account Name Account name (max length = 500)
*Account Type

Valid Values:

  • Sales

  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

  • Expense
