How to review Supplier or Customer history within Xero

Reviewing the history of your Supplier and Customer contacts in Xero can help to troubleshoot syncing errors that may occur within your Xero integration. The below help file explains how you can access your contact's history in Xero and review any changes that have been made. 

Review contact histories in Xero

  1. In your Xero account, either search for the contact using the Global search field

    or go to the Contacts menu and select either All contacts, Customers or Suppliers to help refine your search.

  2. Once you've located the contact, click on it's name/details to open the record. 

  3. Under the Activity section, a log of all the transactions the contact has been included on and any edits that have been made to the contact's record will be displayed. Screenshot_2023-04-06_at_1.35.44_PM.png

Edits that have been logged with "By Unleashed Software" are updates that have been synced from your Unleashed account.
