How to change the layout of the Transactions tab



The Transaction tab is pulled from your default Transaction Enquiry layout. This can be customised and shared.


Follow the Steps Below: 

  1. Navigate to the Transaction Enquiry
    • Click Reports
    • Click Inventory
    • Click Transaction Enquiry

  2. Customise the grid
    • select Show toolbar


    • Click Hidden Columns


    • Add columns by dragging & dropping any columns from Hidden Columns to the grid header
    • Remove columns by dragging & dropping any columns from the grid header to Hidden Columns


    • Change the width of any columns as needed
    • Click the header of any column to order by that column
    • Drag any column header above the grid to group by that column


  3. Save the grid layout
    • Click New
    • Enter a new layout name
    • Click OK
    • Tick the Default checkbox
    • Tick the Shared checkbox to allow other users to access the layout
    • Click Save


Additional Information: 

You should now see this layout when viewing the Transactions tab of any Product Record.
