Why do my emails come from noreply@unleashedsoftware.com?

As a necessary security measure, emails sent from Unleashed will always use noreply@unleashedsoftware.com as the sender's address. This ensures the validity of the email for the recipient and helps to protect them and their business from phishing or security risks. 

While the sender address will always appear as "noreply@unleashedsoftware.com," you can customize the “From” address for emails sent from your Unleashed account. This won’t change the origin address but will determine where customer replies are directed.

Points to note

  • If a recipient is unable to locate an email sent from Unleashed (which is showing as sent in your Email Logs) we recommend the recipient searches their inbox's spam or junk folders.
  • Add noreply@unleashedsoftware.com to your inbox's whitelist and contacts to ensure emails sent from Unleashed are successfully received by your primary inboxes.
  • If both of the above suggestions have been followed but emails sent from Unleashed are still not reaching your recipient's inbox, Submit a support ticket in the Support Portal and our team will be happy to assist you.
