How to check the export status of transactions

You have the ability to check the export status of transactions completed in Unleashed either within the transaction or via the Export Data tab in your integration. 

  1. Go to Integration |Integration Store | Xero | Configuration | Export Data
  2. Select your transaction type from the tabs available and advise date range in the date field to filter your search.
  3. View the Export Status column to review the export's status.

How to manually export transactions

If a transaction's failed to export or hasn't attempted to export at all, you can manually trigger it's export by following the below steps:

  1. Go to Integration |Integration Store | Xero | Configuration | Export Data
  2. Select your transaction type from the tabs available and advise date range in the date field to filter your search.
  3. Under the Export column, to the right of the grid's layout, click the Export link along the transaction's line. How to Export Transactions Manually .png
  4. If a transaction has already been exported there will be a 'Xero' link in the final column.

How to deactivate the Xero integration with Unleashed

To deactivate your Xero integration, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Integration | Integration Store | Xero
  2. Toggle OFF the Integration Status 

When re-activating the Xero integration, simply slide the Integration Status toggle ON. A pop-up window will then appear requesting for your Xero account login details to authorize the connection.

How to change the Xero account integrated with Unleashed

If you have more than one Xero account or you would like to integrate a new Xero account to replace the existing one you will need to uninstall your current connection and install a new one. To do this, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Integration | Integration Store | Xero
  2. Select the Configuration tab
  3. Select Uninstall App on the right of the Configuration page. 
  4. Once Xero is uninstalled, refresh your browser and you'll then see the Install App button in the Overview tab.
  5. Select Install App and a pop-up window will then appear requesting for your Xero account login details to authorize the installation.
  6. After you have authorized the connection you will then have the option to select the Configuration page in Unleashed, in which you can then setup your new Xero integration. For more details, see Xero Integration Setup.

How to review Supplier or Customer history within Xero

In Xero, use either the Contacts menu or the Global Search field (magnifying glass icon) to search and locate the Customer or Supplier you wish to find and review the history of.

Once you've found Open the record you wish to review, under the Activity tab you will be able to see a  list of transactions affiliated with the contact open them for further review.
