There are certain columns that just don't make sense for our company.
Plus I'd like to be able to adjust font size and maybe even remove other fields like 'Warehouse' since it doesn't apply to us at the moment either.

I have an update on this I know you'll love to hear. I have just seen a new feature that we are releasing in our PRO product early next year. It is a document designer that is simple to use. You can change the layout, font, sizes and labels of everything in the header! pretty cool?
It's a big feature, and a great addition to Unleashed. We will be releasing it along with the new UI design in the first quarter of 2012.
I completely understand how personalized packing slips would be a great feature Stephanie. The good news is we have every intention of including it in the software. It makes logical sense to do this at the same time as we build in invoice customization features. However this is a little ways of, as in the meantime Xero's invoice personalization is pretty darn great.
We hear you though about packing slips, and will get it formalized in the dev pipe and posted.
