In Unleashed you have the option of choosing what prints on a customer by customer basis. The three options for document printing out of Unleashed are;
1. Print a packing slip ( note: no pricing information will print on a packing slip )
2. An invoice
3. Both Packing Slip and invoice
The checkboxes for turning on and off what documents you prefer to print are located at: Sales | View Customers (by drilling into the specific customer’s masterfile record)

If just one of these options is checked then that is the only document printed at any stage in the transaction. Quotes remain the same as before. You can print a quote directly from the invoice screen.
To print a document, simply create an invoice for a customer and select “Print” or “Complete” at the bottom of the screen to print or complete that transaction. If both check-boxes are selected then both a packing slip and an invoice will be created.

I don't think this is possible to have default settings on each masterfile. I will put through as a feature request for our Magento team to look in to.
As we are importing invoices & customers from Magento; how can we inform Unleashed to know to print both invoices and packing lists without having to go to each customer? Also how do we setup default payment terms as all invoices are showing up as 20 days?

As we didn't have these ticked from the word GO - Is there are MASS or BULK way of ticking them for all our customers? Or would this be more of an export change and then re-import type of job?

Is their any option for a priced packing slip? As this is a requirement of Food Stuffs

At this point in time there is no support for barcodes on packing/picking slips. This is a great idea though so feel free to post it in our Request A Feature section.

It all depends how they are wanting to do it. One suggestion is to use Magento to sell the products which will then push the invoice to Unleashed. Once you have picked and shipped the order you can then complete it in Unleashed which will then send it to Xero. Ultimately it is your choice and whatever suits your business

There is no pick and scan process available before anything is printed unfortunately. This type of functionality would be an enhancement to the software so feel free to request on the forums here :)
