Cyclic counting is a basic way to keep control of your inventory accuracy. We recommend running a cyclic count at least every three months, depending on your business.
| • | To run a count of your stock on hand go to the Cyclic Count screen from the Inventory dropdown |
| • | A list of your stock on hand will show automatically |
| • | Print the list by clicking the Preview and count your stock accordingly. Any variances should be rechecked, and then Stock Adjustments completed |
| • | You can amend how many products show on your screen by selecting the required number at the bottom of the data grid |
| • | You can sort the products as per each column name by double clicking the column name at the top |
