Hello Everybody!

First of all, from everybody here at Unleashed we hope you enjoy the Christmas and New Years period and you all keep safe. We have been working on a number of things that should be out soon so think of it as a slightly late Christmas present to all of you!

There will be in-depth notes on these changes when they are made however you can expect to see the following in the very near future:

  • Brand spanking new User Interface which everybody will get
  • New features being completed - Document designer, 3 decimal place quantities and more
  • Pricing and package changes (do not worry if you are already on Unleashed you won't be affected)

There are a bucket-load more things to come but this is just a quick update of what you can expect. If you have any questions then please don't hesitate to contact us on support@unleashedsoftware.com and don't forget you can post anywhere in the forum here as well.

I understand the problem. Using the search on mobile devices pops the search in a new browser window and will take you off the invoice screen.  You can however type in the product codes directly and the incremental search built into the products will refine your search to enter items onto the invoice.

the new UI does not differentiate codes and descriptions, it will search on them all  that is a refinement.  however the issue of opening a new window to do a more thorough search won't be solved with the UI update.

The problems with the iPad seem to be with the selecting the stock items from the search look up the loads in a different tab. It simply won't allow you to select the items and then drop them back into the invoice/quote. I cannot find the iPhone optimised version but just tested the normal version on the iPhone and it worked for me. Do you need to go to a different URL? I cannot find Firefox for iPhone/iPad are you able to help with a URL?

What problems are you having? And in what browser? I just tested entering a quote on my iPhone and it worked. We demo on iPads each day too. If you can give us exact examples we will look into it straight away. The new interface menu system is more friendly for mobile devices but it is not built specifically for the iPad. We still recommend firefox as the browser for mobile, but the choice of safari is still acceptable.

Hey Guys, this is great news! Just one question, will the new User Interface resolve the issues with use on an iPad. This problem is really hampering my sales and service guys from doing their job effectively.  Not being able to quote and reserve products while visiting clients is becoming a real problem.
