Now that you have got both your Unleashed account and your Zeald website setup you will be ready to integrate the two!

The first thing you will need to do is check what your API details are in Zeald. To do this, log in to your Admin Site for Zeald which will look similar to below:

Once you have logged in you should have a screen similar to below. On this screen here you will be able to find out your API username - it is simply the name in your Zeald website URL. For example in the screenshot below (highlighted by the red box) the API username is "unleashedtest2". If your URL was http://sausages.zes.zeald.com/ then your API username would be "sausages". Take note of what your particular username is and then proceed to click "Preferences" (also highlighted by a red box in the screenshot) to find your API key.

After clicking "Preferences" mentioned above you will then need to click a few more tabs. First you will need to choose "Website Administrators"

Finally, you will need to choose "API".

You will then get the screen below where you need to click "Add a new application key". On the next screen you do not have to enter any details, just click Save and this should have then created a key you can use within Unleashed (noted in the screenshot below). 

Now that you have got your API username and Key you are ready to set up the integration with Unleashed! The first thing to do in Unleashed is go to Settings | Interfaces | ECommerce Configuration and choose to integrate with ZEALD.COM. 

Once you have clicked that you will be brought to a screen to enter some details. The first thing you will need to choose is the Module - you will need to choose Zeald. Next you simply need to enter in your API username and key we found earlier. You also have the option to export the Stock On Hand quantities from Unleashed by ticking the box on the right (NOTE: Please set up the products and stock on hand levels before enabling this).

Lastly once you have entered in all these details you can click Save to connect to your Zeald website. 

Once you have successfully connected to your site you have 2 other options across the bottom of the screen:

Import Zeald Products: If you have products set up on your Zeald site already you will need to set these up in Unleashed as well. To do this you can click this button and the products and stock on hand will be emailed to you in a format all ready to be imported into Unleashed. Check these are correct and then import them in via Settings | Import. 

Transfer:  Invoices will be pulled through from Zeald automatically but if you are wanting to manually trigger a transfer then you can do that by clicking this button. 

It's as easy as that - you have now integrated your Zeald website with Unleashed!
