A number of you will have no doubt wanted to check to see if a certain invoice number or purchase order number had been deleted however you were previously not able to do this. You have now got the ability to enquire on these deleted invoices, purchases and credits.
The ability to do this has been added to the Purchase Enquiry, Credit Enquiry and Sales Enquiry screens. Simply choose the status of “Deleted” in the status dropdown box.

Once you click Run you will be able to view all deleted invoices as per whatever else you have entered in the filters above.
