We’re very excited about this release and can’t wait for you all to take a look. We have just put the finishing touches on two massive features that most of you will undoubtedly love. These features coupled with a number of handy enhancements make us believe that you’ll also be excited as us about the release.

Some of these features include;

• The eagerly awaited Auto Assembly
• Perpetual Stocktaking
• The new Xero export list view
• Deleted Sales/Purchases/Credits can now be viewed
• Stock on hand is now available through the API

We all know how handy the Production module is with the handling of all your Bills but we are aware of the time it may take to manually assemble whatever products are needed. In saying that; we have developed the new Auto Assembly feature which can remove the assembly step out of the process altogether. Thus saving you time and the need to manually account for what has actually been assembled.

Although we have already got cyclic counts incorporated into Unleashed we realise this may not suffice for all your stocktaking needs. To accommodate for this we have developed a fully fledged Stocktaking feature to make sure your stock is all accounted for. Now you will be able to know without doubt your stock levels are up to scratch.

The seamless integration between Unleashed and Xero is a key point of both systems. However there are times when exporting to Xero may fail. Be it something not setup correctly or a problem with the document - you will now be able to see from one click of the mouse what and why the particular export has failed. Not only that it will also tell you what needs to be done so that it can be successfully re-exported.

We know how important it is these days to keep an audit trail showing what exactly has been going on and so deleted sales/purchases/credits can cause some confusion when their numbers are missing. To avoid this confusion and improve the credibility of the data in Unleashed we have now got the ability to view these items. So if you have made a mistake there is no need to worry about clicking the delete button anymore.

Lastly, our API which is now in live beta has also been updated so the stock on hand is now available for all products and individual products. We are continually working on this so keep an eye out for further progress on this as well.

In addition to all of these great features we have also added a load of enhancements which are also detailed in the release notes.
