NOTE: You must complete your initial Products upload before you can upload a Stock on Hand .csv. You can learn how to do a Product upload here.

The Stock on Hand import allows you to upload the starting quantities and values of all your product codes, and also correctly split them by location. To download this template go to Settings  |  Import  |  Stock Import. This .csv file can be opened in Excel or your preferred spreadsheet program. You will notice there are only four columns in this template. You must enter the Product Code. The Warehouse Code column can be ignored if you have not enabled Multi-Warehouse for your Unleashed account. If you have activated this feature you must first configure your warehouses, and use the accurate Warehouse Code to represent each location's respective quantity. SOH is Stock on Hand, and is the column to enter the quantities of your stock. Lastly the AverageLandPrice column is used to enter the cost/value per unit of your product. The SOH multiplied by this amount is the total value of stock.

Once you have your SOH .csv ready to import, hit the Upload button on the Stock on Hand Import screen in Unleashed.

If you follow these easy steps, you can have your opening stock quantities and values up and running in Unleashed easily.
