Hello Unleashed...ers (we're still working on a catchy, epic name for the collective might that is the Unleashed userbase, feel free to voice your suggestions)

Anyways, hello valued users. 

We're currently working on some known issues with the connection between Unleashed and Xero. Progress on this is being made and we're trucking along. In saying that it's a pretty big piece of work, and as you know forms a great piece of functionality in the form of the two systems seamless integration. 

Both Unleashed and Xero place great importance on your safety and security when using our products. Hitting that fine line between these points and performance is a big thing for us. So, thanks for your patience, and rest assured we're hard at work to make the Xero connection a fantastic experience.

Hi Graham,

To ensure you are integrated with the correct Xero account please go to Settings  |  Interfaces  |  Xero Configuration, and Disconnect and Reconnect to your Xero account. You can resend exports from Settings  |  Interfaces  |  Xero Export.

I have an issue where unleashed conected to xero but to the wrong company in myxero. Therefore the invoices were sent to the wrong company. How do I resend the invoices to the correct company and ensure that doesn't happen again?

Hi All,

Just a quick update on the xero interface issue you might have experienced yesterday. Unfortunately, Xero and Unleashed weren't playing nice for a couple of hours yesterday (as with all perfect couples, they have the occasional disagreement) However,  I've been informed that this has been resolved recently and should all be working fine now.

We're terribly sorry for any inconvenience caused during this time.

It might also pay to click "process queue" in unleashed as I suspect a few transactions might still be sitting in the queue from when Unleashed and Xero weren't talking..

I've been getting sick of seeing the "Not connected to Xero" sign every time I've got an invoice to send over to Xero. Now I not only get the message but the Xero login dialog isn't coming up at all.

I will be watching this like a hawk.  A seamless integration indicates to me that there would be no pop-up if we are logged in to Unleashed?

We've made a lot of progress with improving the connection with Xero in the last week, and look forward to getting even more done. However we'd love to hear from our users if anybody is experiencing constant sign-in prompts, upon trying to do any kind of export from Unleashed. What we're really after is hearing from anyone requiring a log-in just after having done so, e.g. sign-ins more frequent than half an hour. Please let us know if you are experiencing this.
